About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Application Engineering
- Support business users in troubleshooting persistent issues and helping them adhere to best practices within Salesforce
- Partner with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to drive user support, functional configuration, and the successful launch of resulting solutions
- Collaborate with geographically diverse teams to resolve issues
- Identify recurring issues and drive towards permanent solutions
- Work in a scrum team with Salesforce Admins and QA to deliver value to the business
- Assist Product Owner and Stakeholders creating training documents, user stories and acceptance criteria
Requirements
What you’ll need- Certified Salesforce Administrator & Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Ops or Service related roles with 5+ of those years working as a Salesforce Admin / Functional Analyst
- 2+ years of production support experience
- Proven understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including automations, such as flows
- Experience supporting a quoting platform (Deal Hub, CPQ, RevCloud, etc.)
- Nice to Have: Experience working in a SaaS technology company or similar fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with Experience Portals and Salesforce Partner Relationship Management
- Experience working within a formal Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management environment (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod)
