About the role

  • Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Application Engineering
  • Support business users in troubleshooting persistent issues and helping them adhere to best practices within Salesforce
  • Partner with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to drive user support, functional configuration, and the successful launch of resulting solutions
  • Collaborate with geographically diverse teams to resolve issues
  • Identify recurring issues and drive towards permanent solutions
  • Work in a scrum team with Salesforce Admins and QA to deliver value to the business
  • Assist Product Owner and Stakeholders creating training documents, user stories and acceptance criteria

Requirements

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator & Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Ops or Service related roles with 5+ of those years working as a Salesforce Admin / Functional Analyst
  • 2+ years of production support experience
  • Proven understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including automations, such as flows
  • Experience supporting a quoting platform (Deal Hub, CPQ, RevCloud, etc.)
  • Nice to Have: Experience working in a SaaS technology company or similar fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with Experience Portals and Salesforce Partner Relationship Management
  • Experience working within a formal Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management environment (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod)
