Business Developer – Trust Project

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospecting & business development: pitch and present the Trust feature to real estate agencies
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation through Trust
- Coordinate with internal teams (Managers & Account Managers) to facilitate introductions with agencies
- Test and refine sales approaches to maximize adoption
- Conduct product demonstrations for agents and agency directors
- Collect field feedback to improve the pitch and value proposition
- Work closely with the Product team to contribute to the evolution of the Trust application
- Participate in promoting the solution to internal teams and partners
- Track project performance (leads generated, adoption, upsell)
- Identify and test strategies to maximize lead generation
- Prepare regular reports for top management
- Contribute to the overall evaluation of the project and the definition of its roadmap
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams
- Identify high‑potential agencies and tailor messaging by segment
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are studying business or hold an equivalent qualification
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong interest in sales
- You are persuasive and eager to develop your negotiation skills
- You are ambitious, results‑oriented and strive to excel
- Cold calling does not intimidate you
- You are fluent in French and have a good command of English
