About the role

  • Identify and evaluate potential new levers of growth for papernest (markets, segments, products, channels, or sales approaches).
  • Conduct research and analysis to prioritize the most promising opportunities.
  • Design clear strategies to capture identified opportunities.
  • Launch and manage structured sales experiments and pilots.
  • Track results and performance metrics of each initiative.
  • Manage and coach a team of 2 sales representatives.
  • Document learnings from experiments and share insights with leadership and the broader sales organization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of total experience, ideally in sales or business development.
  • Sales experience (SDR or SMB) with strong outbound skills: cold calling, email outreach, pipeline generation.
  • Startup experience (1–2 years minimum) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Some management experience, even short-term (a few months managing a small team).
  • Fluent in English and French or Spanish.
