About the role
- Identify and evaluate potential new levers of growth for papernest (markets, segments, products, channels, or sales approaches).
- Conduct research and analysis to prioritize the most promising opportunities.
- Design clear strategies to capture identified opportunities.
- Launch and manage structured sales experiments and pilots.
- Track results and performance metrics of each initiative.
- Manage and coach a team of 2 sales representatives.
- Document learnings from experiments and share insights with leadership and the broader sales organization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of total experience, ideally in sales or business development.
- Sales experience (SDR or SMB) with strong outbound skills: cold calling, email outreach, pipeline generation.
- Startup experience (1–2 years minimum) in a fast-paced environment.
- Some management experience, even short-term (a few months managing a small team).
- Fluent in English and French or Spanish.
