About the role

  • Conduct regular checks of user rights and statuses (Sanity Checks);
  • Manage creation, deletion and modification of access to business tools (Salesforce, Diabolocom, Verint, Google, internal tools…);
  • Ensure daily monitoring of user access and proper management of available licenses;
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboardings/offboardings;
  • Track agents' login and availability data to support real-time monitoring;
  • Handle access incidents reported by internal and external teams (BPO).

Requirements

  • Student enrolled in a Bac+2 to Bac+5 program in a field related to: management, IT, administration, business, customer support or operations.
  • Previous experience in an operational or administrative environment is a plus.
  • You speak French and Spanish or English;
  • Good command of Excel.
