About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and preparation of land development plans for land development projects
- Develop grading, drainage, utility, and roadway layouts that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate site constraints and design alternatives to support efficient and constructible solutions
- Prepare and review technical reports, studies, and documentation using standard engineering and office software tools
- Communicate effectively with clients, agencies, and project partners, representing the company with professionalism and confidence

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead technical work, mentor others, and coordinate across disciplines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
