Key responsibilities & impact

Own the BI Analytical Workflow: You will manage the complete process of turning data into insights.
Strategic Analysis: You will conduct deep-dive analyses on key operational metrics to answer the "what" and "why" behind business trends.
Execution & Tight Turnarounds: You will field both urgent, quick-turnaround questions and long-term, high-impact projects.
Process Improvements: You will proactively identify opportunities to improve our processes and reduce costs.
Dashboarding and Reporting: You will own the creation and maintenance of critical operational dashboards and reporting tools.
Data Storytelling and Communication: You will be responsible for translating complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in SQL and comfortable writing queries with multi-table joins, window functions, and aggregations to find the answers you need
Hands-on experience with a modern BI platform like Looker (strongly preferred), Tableau, or Power BI.
