About the role

  • Own the BI Analytical Workflow: You will manage the complete process of turning data into insights.
  • Strategic Analysis: You will conduct deep-dive analyses on key operational metrics to answer the "what" and "why" behind business trends.
  • Execution & Tight Turnarounds: You will field both urgent, quick-turnaround questions and long-term, high-impact projects.
  • Process Improvements: You will proactively identify opportunities to improve our processes and reduce costs.
  • Dashboarding and Reporting: You will own the creation and maintenance of critical operational dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Data Storytelling and Communication: You will be responsible for translating complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in SQL and comfortable writing queries with multi-table joins, window functions, and aggregations to find the answers you need
  • Hands-on experience with a modern BI platform like Looker (strongly preferred), Tableau, or Power BI.
