Key responsibilities & impact

Supervises shifts and/or work areas in the operation of a Papa John’s restaurant
Ensures high quality products and customer service are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability
Manages operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems
Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or GED preferred
Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
