About the role
- Gathering, analyzing, modeling and reporting on data and metrics focused on transforming the supply chain service network within a vertically integrated supply chain to optimize performance, reduce restaurant-level cost structures, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyzing distribution KPIs (fill rate, on-time delivery, route efficiency, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, etc.)
- Identifying trends, gaps, and root causes of performance issues.
- Supporting cycle count and audit preparation.
- Supporting peak planning and seasonal volume forecasting.
- Tracking labor hours vs. volume.
- Measuring cases per labor hour (CPLH).
- Supporting workforce planning and scheduling analysis.
- Supporting SOP development and adherence tracking.
- Partnering with operations to implement corrective actions.
- Translating data into operational language for frontline leaders.
- Ensuring documentation supports inventory and operational standards.
- Monitoring compliance with SOPs.
- Collaborating with teams across logistics, procurement, distribution, QCC Operations, engineering, restaurant operations, development, finance, IT and supply partners to develop and align on innovative, scalable supply chain solutions.
- Driving data analysis and modeling to evaluate service network performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Creating data reports as needed to support projects.
- Presenting project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure impact on restaurant cost structure, service levels, and supply chain resilience.
- Championing adoption of new processes and tools through strong communication, training support, and alignment with restaurant operations leaders.
