About the role

  • Gathering, analyzing, modeling and reporting on data and metrics focused on transforming the supply chain service network within a vertically integrated supply chain to optimize performance, reduce restaurant-level cost structures, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyzing distribution KPIs (fill rate, on-time delivery, route efficiency, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, etc.)
  • Identifying trends, gaps, and root causes of performance issues.
  • Supporting cycle count and audit preparation.
  • Supporting peak planning and seasonal volume forecasting.
  • Tracking labor hours vs. volume.
  • Measuring cases per labor hour (CPLH).
  • Supporting workforce planning and scheduling analysis.
  • Supporting SOP development and adherence tracking.
  • Partnering with operations to implement corrective actions.
  • Translating data into operational language for frontline leaders.
  • Ensuring documentation supports inventory and operational standards.
  • Monitoring compliance with SOPs.
  • Collaborating with teams across logistics, procurement, distribution, QCC Operations, engineering, restaurant operations, development, finance, IT and supply partners to develop and align on innovative, scalable supply chain solutions.
  • Driving data analysis and modeling to evaluate service network performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Creating data reports as needed to support projects.
  • Presenting project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure impact on restaurant cost structure, service levels, and supply chain resilience.
  • Championing adoption of new processes and tools through strong communication, training support, and alignment with restaurant operations leaders.
