About the role
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information about Amazon's products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, payments, and account management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customer accounts or orders.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in Amazon's CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Stay updated on Amazon's products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction scores, response time, and resolution rates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or customer service experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and customer understanding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer support tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
