Publishes and maintains SQL-based reports and dashboards to production environments.
Coordinates with development and business teams to ensure timely and accurate report delivery.
Validates report output and performance post-deployment.
Manages Git repository for deployed code.
Monitors production jobs and reports for failures or anomalies.
Investigates and resolves data-related issues or system errors reported by users.
Maintains documentation of recurring issues and resolutions to support knowledge sharing.
Maintains comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, processes, and query optimizations.
Performs data corrections in accordance with requests proactive monitoring.
Executes data cleanup processes to maintain data quality and integrity in production systems.
Supports the data pipeline and ETL troubleshooting as needed.
Works closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to identify root causes and propose long-term fixes.
Assists in optimizing production workflows and documentation to improve system reliability and support efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics (if supplemented with technical experience)
Minimum three (3) years of experience in production support, data operations, or SQL based role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira.)
