Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid preferred, or remote).\n
Role: Senior Manager of Marketing Communications; architect of the company's voice across channels; manages planning to execution.\n
Responsibilities: Develops and executes integrated marketing communications plans across multiple channels and formats—sales collateral, web, events, decks, thought leadership, PR, and social media. Amplifies ideas so that one-off tactics can become surround sound campaigns. Prioritizes the air waves so we focus on the messages that matter, doing fewer things better to drive outsized impact. Leads PR strategy and execution, collaborating with stakeholders to identify story opportunities, draft press materials, manage outreach, and cultivate media relationships. Collaborates with executives to shape their voice in thought leadership content, presentations, and key internal or external communications. Drives content calendars and campaign execution across owned, earned, and paid channels. Measures performance and continuously optimizes messaging and formats. Partners with designers, freelancers, and cross-functional teams to bring content to life.
Requirements
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in marketing communications, PR, content, or brand roles—preferably in B2B or healthcare sectors.\n
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills—able to simplify the complex and drive engagement.\n
Experience leading multi-channel communications plans and content calendars.\n
Demonstrated track record of producing high-impact content across sales, digital, PR, and events.\n
Experience driving content across multiple touchpoints, not just contributing to them.\n
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.\n
Excellent skills in MS Office suite (Work, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, etc.)
