Senior Technical Program Manager – Enterprise

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that span every part of Pantheon - from Product and Engineering to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and beyond.
- Partner with senior leaders across all functions to define, plan, and deliver programs that move the business forward.
- Bring structure to ambiguity, create visibility across the organization, and ensure the right people are aligned, informed, and unblocked at every stage.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of program management experience, with a track record of leading strategic, company-wide initiatives across multiple functions including technical, business, and go-to-market teams.
- Proven ability to independently manage large programs end-to-end, from planning through delivery, across multiple stakeholders and business domains.
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, or equivalent.
- Effective at driving alignment across teams without direct authority and resolving cross-functional challenges with diplomacy and clarity.
- Experience leading change management, scaling processes, and introducing operational improvements that accelerate delivery across the business.
- Comfortable providing clear updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders; able to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working across distributed teams and time zones, ensuring coordination and communication remain strong throughout execution.
