About the role

  • Architect growth engine and design systems for pipeline growth.
  • Develop and execute innovative digital strategies to drive inbound leads.
  • Optimize funnel conversion and maximize ROI across channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps for lead quality and handoffs.
  • Own digital marketing budget allocation and perform ROI analysis.
  • Analyze lead lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee marketing technology stack usage ensuring integration and data hygiene.
  • Establish and track KPIs for demand programs and revenue impact.
  • Build and manage a team of digital marketers and contractors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years focused on demand generation, growth marketing, or digital strategy.
  • Deep experience with marketing automation (SFDC/Marketo) and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Data-driven approach with experience building dashboards, analyzing metrics, and presenting insights to leadership.
  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent working experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to support company events.
  • Must be able to travel internationally (mainly USA and Canada).
