About the role
- Ensure high-quality interactions with prospective families as the lead for the Enrollment Team.
- Audit calls and design new QA rubric and processes.
- Bring analytical rigor to surfacing trends and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with Enrollment Leadership, School Operations, and Analytics teams for strategic initiatives.
- Redesign training, QA processes, frameworks, and tools for the team.
- Drive a culture of excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in quality assurance, coaching, training, or a related operational role.
- Familiarity with quality auditing, coaching, and feedback.
- Expertise in service or educational oriented roles.
- Analytically strong with ability to identify trends and insights from data.
- Ability to influence how we train, coach, and measure team effectiveness.
- Comfort with ambiguity and proven success in scaling businesses or fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of processes for creating and improving procedures.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Desire to learn new technologies.
