About the role

Ensure high-quality interactions with prospective families as the lead for the Enrollment Team.
Audit calls and design new QA rubric and processes.
Bring analytical rigor to surfacing trends and recommending improvements.
Collaborate with Enrollment Leadership, School Operations, and Analytics teams for strategic initiatives.
Redesign training, QA processes, frameworks, and tools for the team.
Drive a culture of excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement across the organization.

3–5+ years in quality assurance, coaching, training, or a related operational role.
Familiarity with quality auditing, coaching, and feedback.
Expertise in service or educational oriented roles.
Analytically strong with ability to identify trends and insights from data.
Ability to influence how we train, coach, and measure team effectiveness.
Comfort with ambiguity and proven success in scaling businesses or fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of processes for creating and improving procedures.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Desire to learn new technologies.
