About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of Panorama Global’s financial operations.
  • Assist with General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other core accounting activities as workload demands shift.
  • Help maintain continuity of finance operations during a limited-term staffing need.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Finance team to maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with policies, and support smooth operational workflows
  • Audit, Compliance & Systems Support; work within financial systems such as Sage Intacct, Certify, Salesforce, and banking platforms to process and review financial transactions.
  • Provide flexible support across accounting functions, aligned with departmental priorities and workload needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2–4 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations experience.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or similar accounting platforms.
  • Experience supporting month-end close or financial reconciliations.
  • Experience working in nonprofit or project-based accounting environments.
  • Experience working with multiple entities is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as expense management tools, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms (e.g., Certify, Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple accounting functions and adapt to shifting operational needs.
