About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Own and drive Panorama’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all functions and levels
  • - Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
  • - Partner with executive and functional leaders on hiring plans, headcount forecasting, and organizational design
  • - Oversee full-cycle recruiting for key and/or senior roles as needed
  • - Build and optimize scalable recruiting processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and quality of hire
  • - Establish and track key recruiting metrics, using data to inform decisions and continuously improve performance
  • - Elevate the candidate experience to reflect Panorama’s mission and values at every touchpoint
  • - Develop and strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • - Ensure equitable, inclusive, and consistent hiring practices across the organization
  • - Drive cross-functional collaboration with People Ops, DEI, and leadership teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years leading and managing TA teams or functions
  • - Proven experience owning and scaling recruiting strategy in a growing organization
  • - Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • - Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions at all levels
  • - Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including both strategic and hands-on execution
  • - Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve recruiting outcomes
  • - Demonstrated ability to build and improve recruiting processes, systems, and workflows
  • - Passion for creating an excellent, inclusive candidate experience
  • - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
