About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and compile accurate contact information (emails and phone numbers) for target prospects and industries.
  • Execute targeted outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns, including industry conferences and events.
  • Utilize lead generation and outreach platforms (such as Apollo, Smartlead, Waalaxy and Instantly) to build, organize, and deploy campaigns.
  • Create and design marketing materials, email templates, social media graphics, and campaign assets using design tools.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date prospect lists and campaign records within our systems.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure data quality throughout the outreach process.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: You have a strong eye for detail and a natural inclination toward systems and organization.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
  • Time Zone Availability: Must be available to work 20 hours a week during US business hours (EST)
  • Fast & High-Quality Execution: Ability to get work done quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience building and managing outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Familiarity with lead generation and outreach tools such as Apollo, Smartlead, Waalaxy or Instantly.
  • Proven track record of finding accurate B2B phone numbers and email addresses.
