Account Manager

• Nurture and grow relationships with strategic wholesale partners; serve as main point of contact.
• Manage day-to-day wholesale account business from seasonal sell-in to in-season performance management.
• Define expansion strategy, develop pipeline and acquire accounts.
• Lead the full seasonal wholesale cycle: pre-line presentations, line reviews, order negotiations, and post-market follow-ups.
• Plan, set up, and oversee the PANGAIA showroom during fashion weeks (minimum twice per year).
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, merchandising, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure order-to-delivery execution and customer success.
• Analyze sales data, stock levels, and sell-through performance; recommend actions to maximize results.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and marketing investments to balance growth with brand positioning and profitability.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and partner feedback to inform assortment planning and commercial decisions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, weekly reports, and account performance reviews.
• Travel internationally to visit key accounts and represent PANGAIA at industry events.
