Engineer

• Design Electrical/Control Systems: Create detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts for power distribution, control systems, and equipment
• Component Selection: Select components as required and generate project Bill of Materials (BOM); products include SWBD, MCC, Panelboard, VFD control, ATS, industrial control panels, relays, power supplies, transformers, HVAC, etc.
• Prototyping and Testing: Build and test prototypes of electrical systems and engineered products; conduct testing, analysis, and troubleshooting to validate design concepts and performance

Electrical Project Engineer

Accountant

• Prepare and post general ledger journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce relevant reports
• Support the Controller during audits and budget cycles
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
• Partner with AP/AR teams and provide guidance to improve workflow and accuracy
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Serve as a mentor or lead for AP staff and collaborate across finance functions

Senior Accountant

• Manage all financial aspects of ongoing projects, including budgets, expenses, and billings
• Track and report project costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Review project billings and ensure proper revenue recognition
• Review project-related expenses and allocate costs appropriately
• Coordinate with project managers to analyze budget-to-actual performance
• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations related to projects
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project accounting records
• Ensure contract compliance and documentation support for project invoicing and audits

• Review and detail schematic drawings for power distribution products including MV and LV Switchgear and Switchboards
• Create and review point-to-point wire diagrams
• Create and finalize BOMs for electrical design components
• Create and/or check the final layouts of panels and doors prior to fabrication
• Provide point-to-point and to/from wire lists as required for wire harness fabrication
• Firewall/check work of other designers on the team and provide feedback
• Mentor other members of the team as required

Compliance

• Ensure electrical products, systems, and processes meet applicable regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Conduct compliance testing, prepare technical documentation, and liaise with certification bodies to maintain adherence to international, national, and industry-specific standards (IEC, HUD, NEC, IPC, ISO, IBC, UL, NFPA).
• Serve as the primary liaison with state modular building authorities and inspection agencies.
• Ensure products and manufacturing practices comply with state-specific industrialized/modular building program requirements.
• Oversee state submittals, plan approvals, audits, and renewal processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage all UL certification efforts and maintain compliance with applicable UL safety and performance standards.
• Coordinate product testing, factory audits, certification renewals, and technical documentation with third-party testing agencies.
• Ensure UL markings, documentation, and test records are accurate and traceable.
• Lead internal compliance audits across engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and service departments.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support consistent execution of compliance policies.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with relevant codes, including IBC, NEC, HUD, NFPA, and other state or federal regulations.
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and building codes; disseminate updates to affected departments.
• Provide guidance on regulatory impacts for new products, features, or processes.
• Oversee and validate all product and material testing protocols, including fire, electrical, structural, and environmental performance.

Electrical Compliance Engineer

Field Engineer

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems according to company procedures
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical panels and equipment
• Serves as a liaison to on-site contractors
