Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the customer experience across the order lifecycle including order management, product inquiries, returns, and issue resolution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented environment preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to assess situations and resolve issues independently
  • Dependable and accountable with strong commitment to attendance and follow-through
  • Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn
