About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the full training lifecycle using the ADDIE model to develop and implement effective learning programs aligned with company policies, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Develop and facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions and create training deliverables.
  • Build and maintain structured learning plans in the Learning Management System (LMS) based on job roles, functional requirements, and organizational needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses to identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with business and operational goals.
  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and continuous improvement insights to enhance program impact.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining accurate training records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training into onboarding processes and career development pathways.
  • Support trainers and team leaders as training expert, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase training efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 0–2 years in a related role, with experience developing training materials or instructional content.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, customer service, time management, prioritization, creativity, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams), screen capture/recording tools (Snagit, Camtasia, or equivalent), learning development, and production technologies.
  • Familiarity with ERPs and AI tools is a plus.
