About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the elite "closer" and strategist for the broader sales organization.
- Navigate complex stakeholder maps—from MEP consultants and general contractors to CTOs—to drive adoption of FMPS.
- Leverage your existing professional network to build an independent sales pipeline.
- Proactively address and dismantle technical, regulatory, and risk obstacles related to new technology adoption.
- Author and deliver high-stakes proposals that justify FMPS through TCO analysis.
- Maintain an impeccable level of professional presence as the "face of FMP."
Requirements
What you’ll need- A proven track record of successfully introducing and selling disruptive or "new-to-world" technologies.
- 2-5 years of experience in high-level power products (UPS, PDUs, or specialized distribution) and IT infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills with the gravitas required to influence decision-makers at the highest levels.
- The ability to prospect and close without relying on legacy channel leads.
- You focus on long-term strategy over short-term tactics.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
