About the role
- Manage and performs technical support new product testing phase to delivery output, Leadtime, quality achieve target.
- Monitor, tracking, investigate & improve new product testing to achieve on target.
- Finding & optimize parameters & routing, tooling and technic for new product.
- Lead for corrective and preventive action in case delay and quality issue, make decision and finding solution for day-to-day issue and inform to concern member.
- Summary data and information to handover package and align to concern team.
- Coaching and mentoring the technical knowledge regarding product engineering matter.
- Building and Develop team regarding to pride, passion, and performance.
Requirements
- Strong to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Highly responsible, able to work under high pressure within a limited timeline.
- Good knowledge about production process especially jewellery manufacturing process.
- Have knowledge about Engineering tools.
- Technical competency in analytical, problem-solving skills, process management.
- Good coordination and communication skill.
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Power BI, AI.
- Fluent of both written and spoken English.
