About the role

  • Increase sales and meet individual and store targets by applying Pandora’s sales techniques
  • Build connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary customer service
  • Develop and share your expertise in jewelry and the Pandora brand to drive sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience
  • Build customer loyalty — by inviting customers to join the loyalty program and presenting new arrivals
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading them and storing products in the store's designated areas
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand and the store by embodying the company's values every day

Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry is an asset
  • Positive attitude
  • Proactive and willing
  • Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores are often very busy, with long queues
  • Experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
  • Excellent communicator; able to engage and interact with confidence
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays preferred
