About the role
- Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and working with key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
- Build connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer's profile, story and needs
- Develop and share your knowledge of jewelry and the Pandora brand to grow sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience
- Build customer loyalty — by encouraging customers to join the loyalty program, presenting new products and creating interest in upcoming launches
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and storing them in the store’s designated areas
- Act as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company's values every day (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform) and maintaining a polished, professional appearance
- Showcase the store and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office
Requirements
- Prior knowledge of the brand and an affinity for Pandora jewelry is an asset
- Positive attitude, proactive approach and enjoyment of working within a high-performing team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores are often very busy with long queues
- Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills; able to connect with customers and interact confidently
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays is preferred
- Fluent English preferred
