About the role

  • Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora selling techniques and focusing on key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
  • Build connections between our customers and the brand by creating a memorable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer's profile, history and needs
  • Develop and share your knowledge of jewelry and the Pandora brand to boost sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience
  • Foster customer loyalty by encouraging enrollment in the loyalty program, presenting new products and generating interest in upcoming launches
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading items and storing them in the store’s designated areas
  • Serve as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company values daily (We dream, We dare, We care, We perform), and maintaining a polished, professional appearance
  • Showcase the store and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office

Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry is an asset
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — stores are often very busy with long queues
  • Sales experience, ideally in a retail environment, is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills; able to engage with customers confidently
  • Availability on weekends and public holidays is preferred
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
