About the role
- Increase sales and meet individual and store targets by applying Pandora selling techniques and working on key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
- Build strong connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, story and needs
- Develop and share your expertise in jewellery and the Pandora brand to drive sales and deliver a memorable customer experience
- Foster customer loyalty by encouraging enrollment in the loyalty program, presenting new products and generating interest in upcoming launches
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading shipments and storing items in the store’s designated areas
- Act as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company’s values every day (We dream, We dare, We care, We perform), maintaining an elegant appearance and professional presentation at all times
- Showcase the store and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office
Requirements
- Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewellery are an advantage
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a high-performing team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores are often very busy with long queues
- Sales experience, preferably in retail, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills; confident at initiating contact and interacting with customers
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Fluency in English and Italian
