About the role

  • Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and focusing on key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
  • Create connections between our customers and the brand by delivering an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, story and needs
  • Develop and share your expertise in jewelry and the Pandora brand to drive sales and deliver a memorable customer experience
  • Build customer loyalty — by enrolling customers in the loyalty program, presenting new arrivals and generating excitement about upcoming launches
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and storing merchandise in the store’s designated areas
  • Act as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company’s values every day (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform), and always maintain an elegant appearance and professional presentation
  • Showcase the store and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office

Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry will be an asset
  • Positive attitude, proactive and enjoy working within a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores are often very busy with long queues
  • Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
  • Excellent communicator: able to make contact and interact with confidence
  • Availability required on weekends and public holidays
  • Fluency in English and Italian
