About the role
- Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and focusing on key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
- Create connections between our customers and the brand by delivering an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, story and needs
- Develop and share your expertise in jewelry and the Pandora brand to drive sales and deliver a memorable customer experience
- Build customer loyalty — by enrolling customers in the loyalty program, presenting new arrivals and generating excitement about upcoming launches
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and storing merchandise in the store’s designated areas
- Act as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company’s values every day (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform), and always maintain an elegant appearance and professional presentation
- Showcase the store and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office
Requirements
- Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry will be an asset
- Positive attitude, proactive and enjoy working within a high-performing team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores are often very busy with long queues
- Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
- Excellent communicator: able to make contact and interact with confidence
- Availability required on weekends and public holidays
- Fluency in English and Italian
