About the role

  • Increase sales and meet individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and focusing on key performance indicators (Units per Transaction, Average Selling Price, Conversion Rate)
  • Build lasting connections between customers and the brand by creating a memorable experience through exemplary service and a tailored approach that matches each customer’s profile, story and needs
  • Develop and share your expertise in Pandora jewelry and brand knowledge to drive sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience
  • Encourage customer loyalty by enrolling customers in the loyalty program, presenting new arrivals and generating interest in upcoming launches
  • Assist with receiving deliveries: unload and store stock in the designated areas of the store
  • Act as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company’s values daily (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform), and maintain an elegant, professional appearance
  • Highlight the store and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office

Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, proactive and willing to work as part of a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – our stores are often busy with long queues
  • Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays
