About the role
- Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and product roadmap in alignment with organizational & business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to capture and prioritize business requirements.
- Lead Agile product delivery through Agile methodologies.
- Enable manufacturing and product development through digital solutions.
- Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate key events and orchestrate the delivery with delivery manager, scrum master, and product team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Product Manager role in Agile environment.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise software solutions or product ownership in a technical domain.
- Strong stakeholder management to ensure a holistic perspective is gathered and backing for product backlog and priorities is ensured.
- Familiarity with integration to CAD, ERP, and MES systems.
- Experience with PLM, digital transformation, AI, Agentic AI, automation, robotics Manufacturing and jewelry product development experience is an advantage.
