About the role

  • Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and working on key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
  • Build connections between customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, story and needs
  • Develop and share your expertise in jewelry and the Pandora brand to boost sales and deliver memorable customer experiences
  • Foster customer loyalty by encouraging enrollment in the loyalty program, introducing new products and generating interest in upcoming launches
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and organizing stock in the store’s designated areas
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand and the store by embodying the company’s values (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform) and maintaining a polished, professional appearance
  • Merchandise the store and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office

Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry will be an advantage
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — our stores are frequently very busy with long queues
  • Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills; able to engage with customers confidently
  • Proficiency in English is an asset
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays is desired
