About the role

  • Increase sales and meet individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and focusing on key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
  • Build connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, history and needs
  • Develop and share your knowledge of jewelry and the Pandora brand to drive sales and deliver a memorable customer experience
  • Foster customer loyalty by encouraging enrollment in the loyalty program, presenting new arrivals and generating excitement about upcoming launches
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading them and storing merchandise in the store’s designated areas
  • Act as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company’s values every day (We dream, We dare, We care, We perform), maintaining an elegant appearance and professional presentation at all times
  • Highlight the store and maintain order and cleanliness in the back-office

Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, proactive and willing to work as part of a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores are often very busy, with long queues
  • Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills; able to engage with customers confidently
  • Availability on weekends and public holidays is preferred
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
