About the role
- Managing and developing an assigned territory of wholesale partners and/or key accounts to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Maintaining brand standards and delivering the highest level of customer service
- Implementing guidelines, ensuring trainings and supporting Key Accounts and wholesale partners
- Providing training and developing plans to achieve goals
- Assisting stores in creating local events and marketing campaigns
- Monitoring inventory levels to optimize sell-in and sell-out
- Collecting sell-out data and reporting to Corporate
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working in retail
- People management experience
- Driver’s license
- Proven track record of successfully running a store with excellent customer service focus
- Hands-on and solution-oriented mentality with motivation to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in any Scandinavian and English language
- Experience working with KPI’s, analyzing data and retail reporting
- Strong result-oriented, pragmatic and structured way of working
