About the role
- Support decision-making and improve production efficiency through data
- Design, develop and maintain data collection systems
- Lead development of dashboards and reports
- Architect data models and lead complex analyses
- Co-lead integration of MES/SCADA/IoT with ERP
- Own data dictionary and access controls
- Coach team and enable data literacy
Requirements
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Excel
- Knowledge of data models and complex analyses (SPC, regression/forecasting, DOE)
- Experience in digitalization and integration with ERP systems
- Knowledge of data governance and quality controls
- Ability to coach entry-level analysts
- Capability to translate data insights into actions with line leaders
