About the role
- Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and by working with key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
- Build strong connections between customers and the brand by delivering an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, story and needs
- Develop and share your expertise in jewelry and the Pandora brand to drive sales and provide a memorable customer experience
- Build customer loyalty — encourage enrollment in the loyalty program, present new arrivals and generate interest in upcoming launches
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and organizing merchandise in the store’s designated areas
- Act as a brand and store ambassador by living the company values every day ("We dream, We dare, We care, We perform"), maintaining a polished professional appearance and excellent personal presentation
- Enhance the store’s presentation and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office
Requirements
- Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry are a plus
- Positive attitude, proactive and willing to work as part of a high-performing team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores can be very busy with long queues
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is an advantage
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage customers confidently
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays preferred
