About the role
- Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and working on key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
- Build strong connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer's profile, story, and needs
- Develop and share your knowledge of jewelry and the Pandora brand to boost sales and deliver a memorable customer experience
- Build customer loyalty by promoting the loyalty program, presenting new arrivals, and generating interest in upcoming launches
- Assist with receiving deliveries: unloading and storing merchandise in the store’s designated areas
- Act as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company’s values every day (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform); maintain a consistently polished appearance and professional presentation
- Showcase the store and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office
Requirements
- Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry is an advantage
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a high-performing team
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment — our stores are often very busy with long queues
- Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills; able to engage with customers confidently
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Availability on weekends and public holidays is desired
