About the role
- Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and working on key indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
- Build meaningful connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer's profile, story and needs
- Develop and share your knowledge of jewelry and the Pandora brand to increase sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience
- Foster customer loyalty by inviting customers to join the loyalty program, presenting new arrivals and generating interest in upcoming launches
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and storing items in the store's designated areas
- Act as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company's values every day (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform), and maintain a polished, professional appearance
- Enhance the store's presentation and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office
Requirements
- Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry will be an advantage
- Positive attitude, proactive and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores are often very busy with long queues
- Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
- Excellent communicator: confident at making contact and interacting with customers
- Fluency in English is an advantage
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays preferred
