About the role
- Welcome, advise and assist our customers with enthusiasm
- Deliver a personalised and memorable shopping experience
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and merchandising
- Contribute to achieving the store’s targets
- Support the team with daily operations: restocking, till work, organisation, visual standards
- Ensure smooth service, even during busy peak periods
Requirements
- Experience in retail is a plus
- Ideally: experience in a highly consultative sector (jewellery, selective cosmetics, premium fashion, accessories…)
- Commitment, professionalism and genuine enjoyment in customer relations
- Energetic, team-oriented and positive attitude
- Accuracy, reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Languages: English & French required; German and other languages a plus
- Availability for onboarding in Lausanne
