About the role

  • Support the design and planning process for new openings, refits, and refresh projects across all channels.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating the entire store development lifecycle, from site inspections to opening day.
  • Review technical drawings and construction specifications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and cross-functional teams (Property & Network, Marketing, Sales, Global).
  • Supervise construction activities, select and manage contractors, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with evolving regulations and internal processes.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the cluster.
  • Coordinate inspections, repairs, and system updates (HVAC, lighting, equipment, fixtures).
  • Monitor suppliers for efficiency, response time, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee warranty activities and track interventions through updated documentation and systems.
  • Act as a liaison between construction and maintenance teams, ensuring continuity and shared learning.
  • Promote best practices in store design, construction, and maintenance across all locations.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and procedures.
  • Contribute to refresh plans and touch-up initiatives to maintain strong brand presence.
  • Support cost-efficiency improvements by balancing scheduled versus reactive maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Educational background in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in project management, multi-site operations, facility management, construction, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical installations (HVAC, fire safety systems, electrical systems), as well as procurement and health & safety principles.
  • Ability to read and draw layouts; familiarity with store planning principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
