About the role
- Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and working on key indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
- Create connections between our customers and the brand by delivering an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer's profile, history and needs
- Develop and share your expertise in jewelry and the Pandora brand to boost sales and provide an outstanding customer experience
- Build customer loyalty — encourage enrollment in the loyalty program, present new products and spark interest in upcoming launches
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading them and storing items in the store's designated areas
- Serve as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company's values daily (We dream, We dare, We care, We perform), and always maintain an elegant and professional appearance
- Enhance the store's presentation and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office
Requirements
- Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry will be an asset for the role
- Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores are often very busy with long queues
- Sales experience, preferably in a retail setting, is a plus
- Excellent communicator who can confidently initiate contact and interact with customers
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Availability on weekends and public holidays is preferred
