About the role

  • Exceed personal and store sales targets through expert consultative selling, upselling, and maximizing store KPIs.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or challenges, turning them into loyalty-building moments.
  • Serve as Keyholder: opening/closing the store, setting team priorities, providing sales reads, securing alarm protocols, and managing cash handling and bank deposits.
  • Act as a conduit between employees, management and central, ensuring communication, daily priorities, promotions, and KPI-focused strategies are clear to the team.
  • Support core operational activities including weekly/monthly stocktakes, inventory accuracy, receiving deliveries, and managing shrinkage.
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards and execute floor resets and seasonal window changes.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate fellow team members, delivering dynamic on-floor training to elevate selling skills and KPIs.
  • Support the Store Manager via the recruitment and induction of new employees.
