About the role
- Increase sales and meet individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and working on key metrics (IDV, PM, TT)
- Build connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, story and needs
- Develop and share your expertise in jewelry and the Pandora brand to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Build customer loyalty—encourage enrollment in the loyalty program, present new arrivals and generate interest in upcoming launches
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and storing them in the store’s designated areas
- Be a brand and store ambassador, embodying the company’s values daily (We dream, We dare, We care, We perform), and maintain an elegant, professional appearance
- Enhance the store’s presentation and keep the sales floor and back office orderly and clean
Requirements
- Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry is an advantage
- Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a high-performing team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment—stores are often busy and may have long queues
- Sales experience, preferably in a retail setting, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and interact confidently
- Availability on weekends and public holidays preferred
- Fluent English desirable
