About the role

  • Increase sales and meet individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and working on key metrics (IDV, PM, TT)
  • Build connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer's profile, story and needs
  • Develop and share your expertise in Pandora jewellery and the brand to boost sales and deliver a memorable customer experience
  • Build customer loyalty - encourage customers to join the loyalty program, present new products and spark interest in upcoming launches
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and storing them in the store's designated areas
  • Act as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company's values daily (We dream, We dare, We care, We perform), and always maintain an elegant appearance and professional presentation
  • Enhance the store's visual appeal and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office

Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewellery is an asset
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-traffic environment — our stores are often very busy with long queues
  • Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills; you can engage with customers confidently
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays is preferred
