About the role
- Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and working on key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
- Build connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, story and needs
- Develop and share your expertise in jewelry and the Pandora brand to drive sales and deliver a memorable customer experience
- Build customer loyalty — by inviting customers to join the loyalty program, presenting new items and generating interest in upcoming launches
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and storing stock in the store’s designated areas
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and the store by embodying the company’s values every day (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform), and maintaining an elegant, professional appearance
- Highlight the store presentation and maintain order and cleanliness in the back-office
Requirements
- Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry is an asset
- Positive attitude, proactive and willing to work as part of a high-performing team
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — our stores are often very busy, with long queues
- Sales experience, preferably in retail, is a plus
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and interact confidently
- Availability for weekends and public holidays is preferred
