About the role

  • Increase sales and meet individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and working on key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
  • Build strong connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, story and needs
  • Develop and share your knowledge of jewelry and the Pandora brand to drive sales and deliver a memorable customer experience
  • Foster customer loyalty — invite customers to join the loyalty program, present new arrivals and generate interest in upcoming launches
  • Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and storing items in the store’s designated areas
  • Act as a brand and store ambassador by embodying the company’s values daily (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform) and maintaining an elegant, professional appearance
  • Present the store attractively and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office

Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry is an advantage
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores are often very busy with long queues
  • Sales experience, ideally in a retail environment, is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills; able to approach and interact with customers confidently
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays preferred
