About the role
- Managing and developing an assigned territory of wholesale partners and/or key accounts
- Achieving sales and KPI targets, maintaining brand standards
- Implementation of guidelines and training support for Key Accounts
- Building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working in retail
- Experience in people management
- Driver’s license
- Ability to run a store with a clear focus on excellent customer service
- Hands-on and solution-oriented mentality
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in Swedish and English
- Experience with KPI’s, analyzing data and retail reporting
