About the role

  • Provide personalized service to the brand's customers;
  • Provide post-sales customer support;
  • Build and maintain a loyal customer base;
  • Manage and organize inventory, operate the system, and handle returns and exchanges;
  • Stock the store and replenish items when they are not available on the sales floor;
  • Maintain the organization, setup, and cleanliness of store displays and windows;
  • Participate in internal training on handcrafted luxury products to become a PANDORA product specialist;
  • Follow company guidelines, complying with all policies and procedures to maintain the international standard of our stores;

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Clear, responsive communication and the ability to work in fast-changing environments
  • Availability to work a 6x1 schedule
