About the role
- Increase sales and meet individual and store targets
- Build strong connections between our customers and the Pandora brand
- Develop and share your expertise in jewelry and the Pandora product range
- Foster customer loyalty
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading and stocking merchandise
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and the store
- Showcase the store and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office
Requirements
- Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry
- Positive, proactive attitude and a desire to work within a high-performing team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience, preferably in a retail setting
- Excellent communication skills; able to engage customers and interact confidently
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays preferred
