About the role
- Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and focusing on key performance indicators (IDV, PM, TT)
- Build connections between customers and the brand by creating a memorable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, story and needs
- Develop and share your expertise in jewelry and the Pandora brand to grow sales and deliver an unforgettable customer experience
- Foster customer loyalty — by inviting customers to join the loyalty program, presenting new products and generating interest in upcoming launches
- Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading them and storing merchandise in the store’s designated areas
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and the store by embodying the company’s values daily (We Dream, We Dare, We Care, We Perform) and maintaining a polished, professional appearance
- Present the store attractively and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office
Requirements
- Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry will be an advantage
- A positive, proactive attitude, willingness to help and enjoyment of working as part of a high-performing team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment — our stores are often busy with long queues
- Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills; able to engage and interact with confidence
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Availability for weekends and public holidays is preferred
