About the role
- Serve as the Testing, Optimization, and Reporting (T.O.R.) Lead within the Cross-Channel Engagement team
- Deliver high-quality pre- and post-test analytics, value tracking, and rigorous performance assessments
- Drive insight-led decisions by prioritizing clear recommendations over lengthy reports
- Support global experimentation maturity, adoption of analytics dashboards, and champion value tracking frameworks
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and marketing stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, experimentation, or data-driven marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Excel (required); familiarity with complementary tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, value tracking, and performance measurement
- Ability to convert complex data into strategic recommendations
- Strong business acumen with awareness of website, CRM, and cross-channel marketing dynamics
- Fluent in English.
