About the role

  • Serve as the Testing, Optimization, and Reporting (T.O.R.) Lead within the Cross-Channel Engagement team
  • Deliver high-quality pre- and post-test analytics, value tracking, and rigorous performance assessments
  • Drive insight-led decisions by prioritizing clear recommendations over lengthy reports
  • Support global experimentation maturity, adoption of analytics dashboards, and champion value tracking frameworks
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and marketing stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, experimentation, or data-driven marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Excel (required); familiarity with complementary tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, value tracking, and performance measurement
  • Ability to convert complex data into strategic recommendations
  • Strong business acumen with awareness of website, CRM, and cross-channel marketing dynamics
  • Fluent in English.
